The Medical Institute of Kentucky ("TMIKY") hereby agrees to defer payment of the Student Listed below for 30 days and shall not demand payment of any amounts due under the payment agreement, and TMIKY shall not commence the exercise of any remedies it may against the student under the payment plan contract until the later of thirty (30) days from the the last payment due date.

The student is agreeing that TMIKY can cancel the current contracted payment plan and re-open a new plan with the 30 day deferment on behalf of the Student. The student is also agreeing to put a card on file can be approved through a merchant. Student does not need to have a balance meeting or exceeding the payment amount at the time of re-opening the payment plane, but it will need a positive balance in order to be approved.
