What should I do if my Canvas Login Information is not working?

If you are enrolled in our Billing & Coding or Medical Administrative Assistant course, you won’t be using Canvas; your instructor should give you info on how to proceed.

If you are enrolled in the other courses, please double check that your email is correct. If the email is correct, try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot Password?” under the text fields.

If that doesn’t work, see the next FAQ answer.

I’ve forgotten my password, but the reset link isn’t working

If the email you entered was correct and the reset link solution isn’t working, please email [email protected] and we’ll walk you through changing your password.

Canvas is acting up in my phone/ browser

We recommend using a desktop browser for the smoothest experience, preferably Chrome or Internet Explorer/ Edge. Try clearing your browser cache, and if that doesn’t work, please email [email protected]

I bought my access code, what now?

Check your email. if you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam. In addition to your confirmation for the purchase, you should also receive documents with your login information.

I checked my spam, but still can’t find the order details e-mail

Please email us at [email protected] with your full name, email address, course(s), and your nearest campus.

My grades aren’t showing up/ some assignments aren’t available to me

Contact your instructor via email, and they will either solve the issue or pass the issue on to our tech support.

I need to retake one of my exams

We will need an email from your instructor with permission that you are allowed to retake/reset your exam.
