If you are enrolled in our Billing & Coding or Medical Administrative Assistant course, you won’t be using Canvas; your instructor should give you info on how to proceed.
If you are enrolled in the other courses, please double check that your email is correct. If the email is correct, try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot Password?” under the text fields.
If that doesn’t work, see the next FAQ answer.
If the email you entered was correct and the reset link solution isn’t working, please email [email protected] and we’ll walk you through changing your password.
We recommend using a desktop browser for the smoothest experience, preferably Chrome or Internet Explorer/ Edge. Try clearing your browser cache, and if that doesn’t work, please email [email protected]
Check your email. if you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam. In addition to your confirmation for the purchase, you should also receive documents with your login information.

Contact your instructor via email, and they will either solve the issue or pass the issue on to our tech support.
We will need an email from your instructor with permission that you are allowed to retake/reset your exam.
